Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive and their answers, all gathered in one place.
How does it work?

Once you sign up, you get access to a candidate workspace and start by customizing your algorithm. This basically means adding in info about what your candidate's voice and values. You will spend about 5-10 minutes adding info pasted from your website, twitter, or public comments to teach Quiller about this person's tone and style, as well as their positions on their top platform issues.

Once you have customized your instance, you can start creating email drafts. You quickly specify the desired ask, fundraising target. Next, select a tone pairing and with an urgency rating, then just hit “Generate”. In 20 seconds or less, Quiller will provide a custom draft of a fundraising email. The drafts are unlimited. 

Once you have a draft you like, you can copy/paste, Export the HTML or use our integrations with ActionKit or ActionNetwork to send your copy into your CRM.

What integrations do you have?

Currently Quiller integrations with ActionNetwork, ActionKit, NGP VAN (via Chrome Extenstion) and GoogleDocs.

Is it secure? What about privacy?

Only your users have access to the content and drafts you create in Quiller. Your data is only used to further train your unique workspace in Quiller so it keeps improving, but no one else has access to your specific content.

Why not just use ChatGPT?

Political content is not within ChatGPT’s terms of service and the content used in the algorithm is not reliable as it’s combined with Republican frames as well. Quiller is only trained on and only sold to Democratic and progressive campaigns and orgs.
